The National Institute of Coal (INCAR-CSIC), on behalf the Spanish Carbon Group, has the pleasure of inviting you to the International Conference on Coal Science and Technology 2011, in the city of Oviedo, Spain, October 9-13, 2011.

This is vital as your profile will enable you to submit your Papers and/or Posters online, track your registration and your information will be retained to simplify future conference registrations. You will also receive your ICCST Number which is vital to complete your Conference Registration Form.

What is included

The fee covers registration, access to Scientific Sessions, working lunch, coffee breaks, gala dinner, typical dinner, copy of the proceedings and other meeting documents. Accompanying fee includes: ice break, typical dinner, gala dinner and welcome cocktail.

Payment can be made either by Direct Bank Transfer of Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy 

• All cancellations must be electronically mailed, faxed or posted-market to Secretariat.
• Refunds of registration fees will be as follows: 80% fee will be refunded for cancellation before 31 July 2011.
• No refunds will be possible after this date

• Foreign delegates: Should you require a letter for visa purposes, please request this by email from the organisers at infoICCST@incar.csic.es.
